Here's who said what:

Scally: Good afternoon!
Ghoul: Bonjour!
Asura: ¡Buenas tardes!
Starscream: Guten Tag!
Dexter: Buongiorno!
Enkidu: Magandang hapon!
Flo: konnichiwa! (written in hiragana lmao)

I know all of those except what Enkidu said.
Woah! It's Tagalog :D
Couldn't have been Indonesian, because their greeting is Selamat pagi (thank you nichijou)
Sitting here like "woah what languages are the most spoken and would show up in a gag like this????"
Also, they each had terrible accents lmao
